Storyline
When a substantial portion of the nation's populace falls victim to a deadly plague, the tyrannical government quarantines them in camps, offering no alternative except death. "**One of Cuba Gooding Jr's worst films, and I've seen most of them.** Dumb (and dull) plot, subpar acting (Cuba raises the bar slightly but his characters kind of comes and goes) other talents like Jon Seda and Omar Epps are wasted."
