The Perfect Stalker

"The Perfect Stalker" (2016) plays like the typical Lifetime flick, utilitarian with little sense of artistry, but proficient enough if you value the cast members, locations or storyline. Beautiful Danielle makes it worth watching, but don’t expect to warm up to her cracked character. It runs 1 hour, 29 minutes, and was shot in Hull, Québec, and Ottawa, Ontario, which is just to the south across the river. GRADE: C"
