Storyline

The stoners are back. Broke and desperate, these idiots rob a Marijuana club, not knowing this club is owned by crack kingpin, Shank who dispatches the feared killers - "The Four Horseman" to kill them. This pursuit sends a wave of violence across Oakland killing Hippies, Ninjas, Naked Clowns and just about anyone in the way.
