Gale Sondergaard looks stunning as the owner of a seedy South sea island joint who teams up with some salvage hunters on the trail of millions of dollars worth of gold. We've got intrigues a-plenty and the never-to-be-forgotten sight of Sidney "Charlie Chan" Toler in a wet beach wrap. The effects are basic, particularly towards the end - but I'd still give it a go; particularly if it's late at night and you've had a beer, or two..."
